Behavior Change Workshop ( 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm )

Is there a polluting behavior that you want your neighbors to change? Looking for a new way to reach out to your community? Consider starting your very own behavior change campaign! WSA is streamlining the process to make it easier for you to change behaviors in your own community. Come learn about pre-packaged behavior change programs that WSA has to offer and how to use them or learn how to make your own! Form a team to help you with your campaign and reduce pollution at the source.

Rain Barrel Workshop ( 9:00 am - 12:00 - noon )

Are you interested in getting hands-on experience learning how to install a rain barrel? WSA is offering opportunities for in-depth instruction on how to install a rain barrel this summer. We hope to get together a team of qualified and confident people to help us install rain barrels throughout Anne Arundel County this year. Overcome your fear of cutting downspouts and learn how to make a level platform for your barrel!  Learn from rain barrel wiz Steve Barry at our Rain Barrel Installation Workshop on Saturday, July 26th from 9am – noon in the Hillsmere community. Tree Planting Volunteer Opportunity ( 10:45 am - 2:30 pm )

Help is needed on Tuesday 29 July from 10:45 - 2:30 at the Deale Elementary School for a large tree planting.   This planting is part of a summer camp training program for High School student leaders taking part in a  stream restoration program.   Please respond to the  Stream Team Leadership Coordinator, Hillary Catan, if you would like to help.  Hillary can be reached at hcatan@aacps.org

Master Watershed Steward Certification Course Information Session ( 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm )
