The leadership team and staff, from Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works and Arlington Echo Outdoor Education Center, provide day to day guidance to Master Watershed Stewards, connecting Stewards to Anne Arundel County resources.  The team also coordinates MWS certification including curriculum development, post certification professional development for Master Watershed Stewards and  networking opportunities for MWS and the Consortium of Support Professionals.
