The Watershed Stewards Academy (WSA) is an initiative of Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works and Arlington Echo Outdoor Education Center to train community leaders, called "Master Watershed Stewards", to reduce the negative impacts of stormwater runoff in Anne Arundel County.
